In essence, KEY ALLIED HEALTH  physical therapists help individuals with disabilities to maximize their physical potential, improve their independence, participate more fully in their community, and ultimately enhance their overall quality of life.

conduct thorough assessments to understand an individual’s physical abilities, limitations, and how their disability impacts daily life. This includes reviewing medical history, conducting physical tests (strength, range of motion, balance), and assessing mobility.

KEY ALLIED HEALTH work closely with the NDIS participant (and their family/carers) to identify and set realistic, meaningful goals that align with their NDIS plan. These goals might relate to:

Improving mobility (walking, transfers, getting in and out of bed)

Increasing strength and endurance

Reducing pain

Enhancing balance and coordination

Improving participation in daily activities (e.g., self-care, hobbies, community engagement)

Preventing falls or further complication
